The foundation stone laing ceremony for the New Premisses of Elpitiya Zonal Eduction office were held by Honarable Chief Minister of Sourthern province Mr. Shan Wijayalal De Silva and by participating Honarable Member of Sourthern Province council Mr.Chamli Withanachchi at its premisses at about 3.00 p.m. in 4th of May 2009.
